Simple answer is No.
I used this exact tripod and it hold my Sony mirrorless (A6000 with a lighter lens) or Yi M1 mirrorless with no problem. But even that is not recommended.
It may hold a DSLR...

The remote might be the most useful part, but you can buy the remote separately for $2 on e.b.a.y. etc.
This tripod might be too short for many purposes.
If you want it taller, get a phone mount...
