You should also take into account:
1. Solar panel.
For homes that have them, incandescent are the better buy....for the environment. Just glass bulb and tungsten filament vs rare earth...

Er.... Everyone is sourcing these from China. GE, Sylvania, store brands like Wal-Mart, etc.
None of these are super reliable in my experience because they're not vacuum sealed like incandescent...
