The Costco one only includes 6 AA, 4 AAA, charger and a bunch of adapters. So not the same package. This one has two more AA batteries.

The ones I bought from Costco were branded Eneloop and Panasonic and they were $20. Came with charger and same amount of batteries. Packaging looked the same. I think I bought them at least 4-5...

I drank the cool-aid a few years ago, I bought a bunch of Enloop batteries and the La Crosse Technology BC700 charger. I don't think these are bad but they are not great or amazing..

I have checked 4 Costco in my area (Southern California) they no longer carries eneloops, just Energizer. Eneloops is the best rechargeable in my book. I have some eneloops that is still in use...

Remote controls consume very little current, therefore non-rechargeable batteries (any, not just alkalines) make more sense for them. The only problem is that sometimes non-rechargeable batteries...
