The price has dropped on the site to $185, and the 20% off is still available, but the $50 gift card is not.

Thumbs up op, really cool gadgety item I didn't know existed! I guess we are to the point where we feel a campfire should be controlled by your smartphone as well :)
I do a lot more backpacking...

That will probably be a great deal more expensive than $109 and it still has low cooking potential.

I’m curious about this. I have the biolite small camp stove and iv never had good luck with it. For some reason the metal grate smokes badly, almost like they used the wrong type of metal for it.

I’ve had it for a year and just added the solar cover and fire mat. I’d highly recommend the solar cover which is also waterproof to keep the unit out of the elements and recharge the battery at the...

Gift cards are an interest free loan with a profit margin front loaded. Amazon enjoys over a $B alone, not to mention Starbucks and others.

Reviews on Amazon kill it for me. Seems like a cool idea but too many people are having issues with the paint and rust.

No it’s not. Being forced to purchase more stuff to get the full value out of a promotion is entirely different than getting cash back or just paying less up front.

I had one from the REI deal. It's a cool concept, but ultimately I returned it.
1.) The fan was a bit noisy for us.
2.) The battery would get hot being next to the fire... Seemed like a super bad...

I actually found the moosejaw deal first but only posted this deal because I figured it was superior. Free shopping, and I think most would consider $50 gc preferable to $10 more off.

Seems like a legit deal if you're already stocking up on some camping items and can use the $50 GC right away. If not, Moosejaw (Free 2-Day Shipping) and REI (free Ship to Store) have this for $150....

That's how all deals with gc are.
Also, I just got my gift card and was surprised to see it came from optics planet.com. So I believe you can use it there as well.

Price should be 159.99 in title as that's the price. Would have bought if was 109 but the GC isn't like cash unless you buy from site often enough
