California doesn't charge tax on digital goods so this all has got to be target. I've never paid tax on any digital goods such as movies, games, or anything. My guess is they have it coded wrong...

Yes. All 5 DLC fighters (Joker from Persona, Hero from DQ, Banjo & Kazooie, 4&5 TBA) are included. The only thing not included is the SP Piranha Plant.

Great deal if you don't already have this for Super Smash! FYI, they have only released 2 of the 5 Challenger Packs so far. Banjo-Kazooie pack is the 3rd one and the other 2 are TBA.

Yes. Amazon offers 5% which is redeemable for cash via their credit card app. You can also use it for purchases, but then you won’t be using your card to get 5%, so you lose 5% on that 5%.
