Wrong. It won't "freeze" if on a nice fast SSD or streaming unless you are doing something wrong. Not sure if you are trolling or not but your knowledge of current electronics is woefully poor....

Not really, 3600 will far out perform the 2700 in most all cases, the 2700 will only pull ahead a little bit in work that requires all 8core/16threads.
