I agree. a bit deceiving. A typical Dayquil bottle is 10 ounces for around $8 on sale, this is a total of 8 ounces for $5 still an ok deal.

kTG the only about that bottle is that it cost more and not having the day means if your are trying to take before work you can’t because the nighttime version make you very sleepy.

That is true. Expiration date is there only bcoz the company is required to put some date. The potency goes down but it is still good for months after expiry.
