The model on dell's website says max q.. they wouldnt' have a max q and non-maxq version in the same chassis, so... pretty sure this is maxq.
which kind of make this not a super good deal.

I see nothing that says that this is a Max-Q. Where are you getting that information?
Edit, nevermind. None of the listings say Max-Q, but Dell's site does.

2070 Max-Q is garbage. You get almost no performance boost buying 2070 max q. It cost $200 more than 2060 mobile.

I tend to agree with this. I own a 1.5 year old dell gaming laptop with a 1060 Max q video card and it has absolutely no heating issues. Even if I game for hours it never puts out all that much...

2060 is a better buy than the 2070 Max-q. Look at comparison videos on youtube.
2060 is cheaper and cooler. 2070 is a rip-off and just a trick to get people to pay more for a higher number....

This looks more correct than the 600:1
I think measuring with a colorimeter instead of a spectro would yield even higher contrast maybe 11-1200:1, Post calibration probably 1000: 1
Let's...

Basically, 1660ti / 2060 max q / 2060 / 2070 maxq all perform VERY similarly, within10-20% of each other (depending on thermal solution).
2070 and 2080 maxq and above are actual step ups.
