anyone have advice on connecting a new NVR system to the new Lorex cloud app? All of my router settings appear correct. It just says can not connect.

I have had terrible Lorex experiences. Bought a baby camera from them and they don't update the app. It won't work on any remotely recent version of iOS and functions poorly on Android. Huge YMMV...
