Yes. You can get the renewal code from Amazon and enter it into the portal. If you took the path of least resistance, you'd actually be billed direct by Microsoft directly for renewal, not Costco. ...

I purchased it and have to ask for refund. The code they sent me is only valid for 12 months instead of 15 months. Activating recurring billing gives you an extra month for free.
