I use many, many different strong passwords and don't change them very often.
I store usernames & passwords in a text file that I backup to a flash drive.
I'm not sure how secure that is but...

Try reset your master password. it will let you overide 2FA setting in Last pass.
I remember emailing last pass regarding this a few years ago. It's by design.

But to logon to the LastPass dashboard to disable it, your 2FA will kick in. Unless I am missing something?
