I use many, many different strong passwords and don't change them very often. I store usernames & passwords in a text file that I backup to a flash drive. I'm not sure how secure that is but...

Try keepass.info free and more secure. Plus your database is local or you can save it in your choice of cloud storage provider. Google drive or OneDrive.

Try reset your master password. it will let you overide 2FA setting in Last pass. I remember emailing last pass regarding this a few years ago. It's by design.

But to logon to the LastPass dashboard to disable it, your 2FA will kick in. Unless I am missing something?
