I called them to check the status and the rep expedited our shipment. She said shipment will be out by oct 7. They finally charged the card today.

If you login to Hallmark's main page, you can look up your order status there. Mine still says processing, but the shipping method has changed from "Not Shipped" to "smartpost" so here's hoping it is...
