I've heard nothing but bad things about this transfer and that really bums me out. Have they fixed it at all? Has anyone recommended settings that fixed it?

So...I own this and it's synced across all of my Vudu/iTunes/Moviesanywhere but it's only showing as HD and I'd gladly pay the money to upgrade to 4k but my only options in iTunes are to download or...
