20v is a scam. They all use 18650s with 5 in series. 18650 batteries are 3.7v nominal charge, 4.2v max charge. They're at 4.2v for the first 30s of use. 4x4.2=21v. 5x3.7=18.5v. Its just marketing....

Ignore other posts. No, it can’t remove a non-loose lug. You would need a “high torque” impact wrench and they usually start at 20V and up.
