Searching this site you can find a bunch, Amazon, frys, but looks like reviews on the Weber brand cover are not good. Sounds like they changed their quality.

The heat was so intense when I tried to open the lid that it burnt my arm and I had to drop the lid close. So I had to use a broom stick to open it.

The grill not reaching high temp is probably the regulator. Turn the gas on at the tank while having the switches off and leave it like that for a few minutes. This will kinda reset the regulator. ...

I’m pretty amazed with this little grill. It reached max temp of 650 degrees in 10 minutes. It did reach 500 degrees like in 4 minutes. People in other threads with the larger E310 and Genesis S410...
