There’s also PNC cash that gives 3% CB on restaurants, 4% on gas, 2% on grocery and 1% on all other purchases. Though there’s a limit of $8000/yr in combined purchases.

It depends on when your anniversary year started. From the FAQ: I'm reading this as, yes, you'll get it one more time unless you already got it this anniversary year.
