Target also gives you back store credit if you pay any amount and used a small store credit. For example, I spent $350 on some items, I also used a $20 store gift card. I returned $30 dollars worth...

It's Target. Last week, Walmart refunded cash for a PayPal CREDIT purchase. Last month, Megabus refunded to PayPal (onto my CC) but less the transaction fee.

Wow, I'll add Target to the list of having fans that will defend them as doing no wrong, no matter how wrong (or ridiculously priced). And I thought Disney, Apple and Costco had notorious fanbases. ...

I've never had any problems getting my money back when disputing charges with credit cards (other than AmEx which I rarely use anymore). I've successfully disputed charges with Best Buy, Sears and...

I assume more and more stores will not refund your PayPal payment and will start giving you gift card instead. The new PayPal policy of not refunding sellers their fees when the buyer is issued a...

Oh, don't mention a while ago, I was doing store pick up, didn't pick up on time, so they cancelled my order, and I waited 1month for refund, I have to call, argue with them for 1hrs to get my money...

As I said, I did return and I did get refunded to my credit card. Unless you're out of return period or there's a reason they can't accept a return, there is no reason to accept gift card.

lol good luck buddy. Corporations don’t give a shit about ya on this one. You are going home with a gift card.

Imo this sucks and I really blame paypal, but this is targets fault. If you want to accept PayPal, you take the fees as a cost of doing business. Put in your big girl panties and suck it up target.

Someone should sue Target in class action suit. Then Target should drop Paypal. Other companies should drop Paypal too. Paypal sucks and should not exist. Ditto with eBay - eBay sucks too - and...

I buy maybe 100 bucks a year of Target merch, not worth the 5 dollars a year I would gain.
