I think IBIS advantage is significant...Not sure about the other issues. Which is a good camera that doesnt have these issues but also has IBIS?

It's more expensive and uses older tech. Overheats more, older color, less sophisticated autofocus, etc. It has in body stabilization but it's so minor no one notices the difference.

It has similar dynamic range and iso bud. You gain almost nothing by going full frame. You can even use the full frame lenses on the smaller a6400 if you are obsessed with bokeh.

if you are ok with this a 5 year old camera, try to get a7rii instead for under 1 gram, it is a much better camera. Otherwise, just go ahead grab that a7 iii, the best full frame mirrorless excellent...
