My store and myself figured out this issue: The computer has a max of 20 on sale items. So you have to split it up into 20(which means you can't use the $5 off $25).

Negative, you can buy as many duplicates as you want. Limit 20 per transaction though. Probably means you cant use the 25% off $75 or the $5 off of $25 promotion they have going at the same time.

Limit $10 discount per transaction. They don't mention in the ad. Run multiple transactions if you are buying more than 20 cars.
