If compare the price of toner on a price per page basis (for oem), what is included is worth about $125. So you are paying about $54 for the printer.

I have the C250DN. Still using it after 3 years. Print daily and refilled all 4 cartridge 6 times. Avg 5000 print per year. Never had any issues. Only recently black and red cartridge stop working....

looking at warranty issues, i will stay away from this printer. also given that this site may not be 'authorized' gives ricoh a valid reason to deny any support.

My time has value yes, but it takes 20-60 min to refill the cartridges (some days i am way clutzier than others). I save several hundred bucks. That is not a bad ROI.
