This just worked for me.
Extended 2 years for $87.04. Then did the upgrade to ultimate for $1. The upgrade to ultimate gave 3 months. Total $88.13 for 27 months.

When I did the $1 for 1 Month, it gave me 6 months instead.. odd.
I cannot get the 60% off now, just the normal $24.99 per quarter. Will try more to see if I can get to it...

Thank you, this worked for me. Used this to load up 36 months of XLG for $119.88 and then used the $1 deal for Game Pass Ultimate. All in all, $120.96 for 3 years of XLG and GPU. Awesome.
