Only if it fits an AM4 socket. If you're a pro, you could do it with a raspberry pi, but thats something you would do to challenge yourself...not exactly a reasonable option here.

One big downside to this versus the the one that's $10 more is that this board does not come with USB 3.1 Gen 2.

You will need an older processor to update it first. It has enough vrms for power delivery for the 3600-3700x.

Put a direct fan on the vrm heatsink, and enable pbo, you should be fine. Overclockable? Lol, you wouldn't see any results by overclocking ryzen.

Many prior generations of Motherboards shipped with a mini x1 PCIe adapter for WiFi + BT. So, it’s technically correct to ask “no WiFi card ?”.

I build a pc with 2700x and this mb. For basic use its not bad but if you wanna push precision over boost or OC forget it on this board. You cant set Vcore only dynamic voltage and no load line...

I just got the version of this board with included WiFi from MicroCenter (spoiler - intel AC3168, not worth it). Mine came with bios F41A which is ready for Ryzen 3rd gen, but YMMV.

I don't know how much value reviews on motherboards on Newegg are... This board only works with G processors or needs a graphics card. Wonder how many 1 star reviews didn't know that
