Not bad. It’s not a shower slide with holes in the bottom so it holds some but they dry quick. Although also I live in a dry climate so that might affect my opinion.

I have a pair of these and I don’t know the science behind the “recovery” deal but I do find them great to wear after exercise. Admittedly, I got them for free but i think they’re a good product....

I like the sandals better these have a bump like a wave across the arch area. The thong sandals have the a bump only in the arch area for arch support.
