This isn't necessarily true. The reflectivity of the sensor determines how much ambient lighting affects the readout.

Dm285 or cm275 are the best as they have high resolution (160x120), way cheaper than other infrared cameras with same resolution. But dm285 cannot save heat images while cm275 can. I would wait for...

I just found it's not entirely reliable. The $1000+ units are better suited. The screen is also too small on this. This is better for consumer or spot checking in a Maintenance Program.

i bought the flir one pro for my iphone and it worked 3 times and I put it away. 1 year later when I needed to use it the battery does not work. what a ripoff. I paid 400 for it.
