Lightning deal expired on 11/30....believe lightning deals only last a couple of hours depending on stock. When I found it, it had 9.5hrs left on the deal.

If ecobee does this, then I believe it's more sophisticated than the nest, which only takes the temp of specific temp probe (unless things have changed) rather than an avg. I may circle back around...

Then u never set things up. You can disable the follow me feature. The point of the sensors is the thermostat can take an average of them. So say your thermostat is in one place and the bedroom...

I know a lot of people complain about this, but it doesn't impact the local thermostat controls. I've been very happy with my ecobee and it was easy to install.
