Ordered two of the paper towels, and both came in good shape except for the outer box bent up. All the rolls for me where still sealed.

Same with the rolls not sealed properly and exposed and the box was crushed here and there too. Won't order again.

My box wasn't sealed properly and I was missing two rolls. I didn't have any issues with the rolls that were still in the box. Amazon gave me a credit of $5 for the missing rolls.

I bought the 16 roll open box - like new ones and had no issues with the packaging. Slightly roughed up box. I got a more damaged box from a new carpet cleaner from Kohls last week.

The one you are seeing is for the normal orders, If you look on the page where is says "compare to similar items" it shows "one new" if they have any there will also be something to the right that...
