I can agree with that. I guess for the games I play, a GTX 2060 is just fine on a 4K screen and will do 60fps with minor quality compromises (if any). For a laptop, that is of course dependent on...

Definitely depends entirely on the game, I have a 2060 Laptop and it runs Overwatch at Ultra 4k 60FPS no problem, but would struggle to get RE2: Remake to 30fps at 4k Ultra. Most of your "forever"...

The MSI GE75 that Costco had on sale has good cooling. I can't speak for their other models. I was looking at the Lenovo too, but settled for the RTX 2060 GE75 for $1199.

Yeah it's a big problem. I was not happy with the massive removal of features by Citi in September. Capital One hasn't yet removed price protection from their CC, and I have the Quicksilver.

Well, for one... this is not the MaxQ (thermally hampered) version of the 2060. Full specs here: https://asset.msi.com/pdf/main/us/nb/P65%20Creator-1084.pdf I have very little issues playing...

AERO15 and Y740 have the best cooling at the moment. I would avoid ASUS and MSI if cooling is an issue. Bought a $1330 Lenovo Y740 with i7-9750H, RTX 2070, 16Gb RAM, 256 Gb SSD, 1TB HDD, 144Hz. (No...

Unfortunately, most if not all CC companies have done away with or seriously hampered price protection.

It looks silly to me that you just jumped to conclusion that this is a Gaming Laptop and I am irritated by people like you who only see any Laptops with Graphics card as Gaming Laptop and provide...

Looking at reviews of Geforce 2060 online it says: "Whereas the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 was designed for 1080p gaming and could scrape by playing some games at 1,440p, the RTX 2060 has mastered...

Does anyone know how many Nits bright the display gets? And I guess it's not HDR otherwise they (MSI) would have said that it is.

Hopefully you purchased with a CC that has price protection. If not, I hope that you are within the return period as that's a pretty hefty price difference. Hope that you can get the lower price.

No information on whether the screen on this P65 is HDR and how many nits bright does it get. Does anyone know?

The Aero 15 would be the better choice as it has a better display and more space for storage/cooling. The P65 is lighter (4.2 lbs) which definitely makes it a reasonable choice for the...

It's very simple - 4k resolution doesn't have to be the one used during games. I love a 4k because I can edit pics better and have more realestate for other needs. You don't have to play games in 4k.

I’m a little flustered to purchase this before the price dip. I paid 2200 USD taxed just last week. Yes, it does get loud when playing games, or when running a virtual machine at 4K resolution. ...
