@1973hog, I believe some people prefer the additional buyer protection 3rd parties like amazon/best buy, etc offer with companies like cyberpower, etc. Lot of 3rd party companies make returns easier....

There are reports from several who have purchased this unit that the RAM is actually 3000 and included an Intel 660p NVMe SSD...check out the reviews on BB....
