This came up for me as well, but my delay was with the sim card shipment. It took nearly 2 weeks just to get a sim card to me which was sent via USPS. Not normal at all.

You don’t need to submit 2 codes. Only one will work. Tforce can see the discount is on your account or not, if they say it is on your account, mostly you are good to go!
