12v impact is pretty weak IMO. Useful maybe for drilling pilot holes but not enough torque for driving bigger screws or loosening stuck bolts (why impacts are useful)

I bought the bosch before the Milwaukee came out, with that said... if I was shopping for something like this with both options in front of me, it would be the same dilemma. I had bosch 12volt tools...

Would agree but I focused on was did the bosch hold it's own to the abuse and compete well with a brushless too. To me, it did very well. The score taking was kind of pointless.

$110 +tax now ... I’ve got a HD gift card burning a hole in my pocket, but spending double on the Milwaukee has me second guessing myself. Literally double the price of this. And that’s coming...

Plus the Milwaukee should be more efficient because of the brushless motor, but in practice I'm not sure it makes that much of a difference because you can always just throw another battery in there...

You can see the difference in torque if you watch how the Milwaukee handles the paddle bit tests vs. the Bosch. Another example of torque is in the following video of the new brushless Bosch...

Agreed. More importantly they glossed over how many screws each can handle. In that case I would think the Milwaukee would always win as if you have a larger job you just use a larger M12 battery.

Woot, Mine was just delivered, so far from initial playing around I really like what I see and for what I want to do will be great, tight spots and hard to reach spaces. The only let down I see so...

Yeah, they did show that the cheap little brushed Bosch can keep up with the newer brushless Milwaukee installation driver, but those construction workers completely glossed over the most important...

I just bought this tool, and I have no comparison to the Milwaukee, however to call it has significant more torque is misleading. Where do you read that? Based on their respective website...

Yeah agree, I have an 18v drill and impact I wanted something light that would do light weight jobs around the house which really is more than the heavy duty stuff. The m12 stuff has a BUNCH of...
