The only negative I see with the unlocked LTE version sold by urlhasbeenblocked is that it doesn't support T-Mobile's 600mhz band 71 LTE network.

None of the iPads, Galaxy Tabs, or Aamzon tablets.

I've seen the S3 recently posted in here $250 to $299. The thinness and light weight will significantly change how often you use it. I still have the S2, and can hold it for hours with one hand....
