Supposedly safflower seeds are what to feed (if you have birds like cardinals) as the taste is bitter for squirrels. Little bushy-tailed rats would probably ignore that advice, too. I’m in northern...

I use a squirrel buster feeder off my second story porch. The squirrel buster closes up whenever something too heavy jumps on it and is too high and too much effort for them to do the pushing it over...

I use a method which has been very successful at keeping squirrels off our feeders. We hang the feeders about 5-6' above the ground from branches 15-20' high. The key is to use trees with no lower...

The negative reviews mention seed getting wet from rain, squirrels learning to open the lid, and seed spilling because the feeder tips sideways under birds' weight. I had placed an order, but...

Lot of anti-squirrel sentiment here. I’ll look for a more tolerate thread.

Did you read the part about keeping it far from a tree? A conical baffle that is loose mounted (it wobbles when they touch it) works on all my feeders.

Best way to beat squirrels is to just feed pure safflower seed if your birds are into it. This suet feeder works great vs. them, though. ...

Fakespot was a D, then 443 reviews were altered in Amazon, and now it’s an A? Read the negative reviews first, their probably more accurate. Pass.
