Sorry they didn't work for you. Personally, I've had much better experience with the irwin "cobra" style than the channellock style with the flat Jaws. The steel on the Irwins is softer, but still...

Yep, not in stock at a local store, in store pick up is greyed out, 5.99 to ship to home, only other option is truck transport, which is of course ridiculous for hand tools.

Dude, I'm not abusing anything... I was referring to the fact that many Lowe's do NOT offer store pickup as an option. I checked and mine does not, either. So, UPS really doesn't charge much more...
