Can't say I am a runner, but I almost use them daily for walking, and they help a great deal on my knee pain. I walk an average of 3 miles a day and the tread looks barely worn after a year.

These most likely wouldn’t be good for you. These are a neutral runner. Meant for people who supinate and with high arches. Flat feet or fallen arches usually do better in a support shoe.

Depends on what you're using them for IMO. While walking, boost midsole is outstanding. While running, UB can feel really "mushy" to me + the prime knit upper doesn't offer a lot of lateral support...
