Even in rentals it might suck since they will break it fast. Local Lowe's had decent Delta one for $29. Yes it's not $3 but considering how much time/money you'll spend replacing crappy one it will...

Saw these at my local store. They had 20+ units when I was there yesterday, so the stores may have them in stock even if they show none online. As always, YMMV with Lowe's clearance.
