Purchased one last BF and it's great for productivity and working from home. It has a few stuck pixels on the left side but they don't bother me much. Can't speak about gaming.

No, I doubt it because I have gigabit FiOS connection so it's definitely not the speed. For some reason, both Chrome and Firefox cannot play 1080p 60fps or higher. If I drop it down to 720p 60fps...

Most likely your internet is not fast enough for those higher resolutions. It takes a really fast connection to stream those flawlessly

Do you know why 1080p60 or higher res videos on YouTube are choppy when I try to play them but regular 1080p or lower res play fine? Maybe I need a new monitor or video card?
