Has anyone come across a flat 30" to 34" with IPS and a LUT that can be calibrated with about 4K resolution, NOT for gaming? Maybe under $400? or as low as possible?

not really. these monitors are more for office and basic photo editing. they aren't calibrated out of the box, and they are only >99% srgb support. Not 100%. Which means they didn't test it, and...

This or Dell 2717 or 2719? I have used all of them but couldn't come to a conclusion Edit just saw it's 1 yr warranty vs Dell 3 yr warranty so may not be worth it Z27 comes with a metal base...

Are the stands VESA on the back? That will be your answer. Most Dell stands are proprietary and would not work.
