I get the 40% off one item coupons about once a month, but their full priced item requirement basically brings this coupon's value down to 10-15% off compared to other places. I'd just wait til it...

Combine coupons if possible.
You can only use one manufacturer coupon per item, but CVS allows multiple store coupons per transaction as long as none explicitly state otherwise, even more than one...

Fair enough. There will be some good deals but not many in my experience. CVS' best pricing is on alcohol due to their buying power.
