The cable comes with this monitor is HDMI 2.0, so just check if your cable is plugged in HDMI 1 and your PC HDMI port is version 2.0

You need to use HDMI port 1 with HDMI 2.0 cable. Also, the HDMI port on your PC or laptop needs to be HDMI 2.0.
