I typically just use low teeth counts and use sacrificial lumber the few times it matters. But I agree if you do a lot of finish work high teeth count is better.

I'm not sure what you consider the SF Bay Area but since this post, I've seen the 6.5" in Palo Alto, San Jose and Morgan Hill. Often times, these 'bonus' packs are just mixed in with the singles on...

The Admirals aren't 6-1/2" and you can't use the 20% off coupon on them. For only a buck or so difference, Diablo is going to be significantly better than anything at Harbor Freight.

Not sure if you got an answer yet, but no. You need those specific blade sizes. For a miter and table saw, you'd probably want something with more teeth anyway for smoother cuts. These are mainly...

Low tooth count will chew through material quick and easy but won't leave a clean, pretty cut. If you are framing a house you don't care, the frame isn't aesthetic. If you're building furniture...

I’m pretty sure these two-packs are $15 pretty regularly. I haven’t bought this size since moving up to 7-1/4” but this is my recollection anyway.
