yes, and I live in arizona, exposure was south east. Failed after about a year, would randomly shut off, struggled shutting off my valves. Over all would not recommend

Spigots? Not that Im aware of. However you could use one of these with a ball valve inline before the spigot. I like their other unit better though, but that requires some more plumbing expertise.
