I have the blade 10, and it has band 66, but the band 12 is data-only and enabled via an app on every phone restart (setting doesn't save). Calls drop to 3g anyway. The blade 10 won't be coming...

I wasnt offered that option. How do I request a replacement. I dont just want to ship it back in the box as they may consider it a SWAP phone. There is no RMA or anything included in the box.
