don't really need cordless, just broke my dad's 20 year old miter saw because I wanted to change the blade and the bolt snapped. is it better to get this or a 10" corded one on sale?

Being that it includes a battery and charger makes this a good option for those looking for a cordless tool. I have not been able to find other cordless tools offer something in this price range.
