Same, found locally today at full price and did a return/rebuy and a store that had clearance price. Last one I could find in my area. All other stores sold out.

Just checked Walmart in Chamblee-Tucker, GA. They had 4 OSMO Action Cameras, all priced at $369.99. Hopefully they drop the price on them soon.

Note to save someone else research time:
DJI OSMO Action and DJI OSMO Pocket
both have a 1/2.3” CMOS (Effective pixels: 12M photos) sensor and a max video bitrate of 100 Mbps.
