V6 and v8 are different. V8 and v10 are the same but shouldn’t be interchanged because v10 accessories are rated for 100w and v8 for 50w

No, I think the V10 and newer models use a special connection that is not backwards compatible. I'm not sure the V8 can use a V6 head, but the newer ones definitely do not.
