My general vote on this is no; you get more bang for buck with corded tools for the most part. If money is no object, why not? They're easier to move around and the power is certainly there these...

I have one and am very much a DIYer. Having flexibility to move stuff around the garage without worrying about cords and tripping is a big plus. In addition, if I need to do some serious cutting and...

For Home owners? Ryobi. And the cordless grinder makes sense because what home owner is using it for anything other than cutting some tile or cutting off metal? For contractors?...

I was able to get 2 of the Milwaukee 10” miter saws, including a 9 ah battery with each saw, for $159 each, delivered. This was about 2 years ago. I have a number of Milwaukee tools, so the bigger...

Unless you're a contractor on the job site, or are headed somewhere for a day or two with no access to power, are cordless miter saws and angle grinders really a thing for common folk? It just seems...

This seems like a good deal. The one that comes with the 8 amp battery is usually 600 on sale. 30 bucks more for a bigger battery sounds great.

There are 2 smaller ones and this saw comes in various combinations of battery or accessories at different price points. However, there are not multiple models or generations of each if the 3 sizes.
