I put 1 tracfone card in my cart for $15 and total reads $30 and #2 in cart. Remove it from cart and start over - error returns! I'll order from Target.....

Correct, we're saying the same thing.
Target's everyday price is better than this if paying with Red Card.
And Target is much better deal with the current $10 GC promo.

I tried to order a card and was charged sales tax (Texas -.08%) and Wireless 911 Fee of about .02%. Not a good deal, unless you are looking to save just a few bucks, better than full price.

More importantly, taxes/fees are included at Target.
$100 TW card at Target is $95.
$100 TW card at Kroger is $90 + $0.65 + $6.75 = $97.40.

plus if you have a target card you get a bonus 5%, 25ish percent off is way better than 10
