YMMV... but i've had disastrous results with XPS... the hospital that I work with has completely removed XPS from our lineup as it's produced too many headaches through the various XPS generations....

I would get a replacement. I've seen some reviews that the trackpad will get looser with use and "collapse" into the laptop.
