Everyone's good reviews had me make a purchase to try this stuff, however I have yet to find a pancake mix that was "just add water" and didn't taste like shit. Here's to hoping this one is good.

FWIW, Birch Benders also produces some low carb mixes that are pretty good for what they are. The 12-oz "paleo" pancake mix is $3.48 on Amazon.

It's a great product at a very good price. I've not bought this "flavor," but I buy other ones of their pancakes. I think they're the best (especially if you add bananas and blueberries!).
