This. My Costco has three different brands sanitizer right now (not GermX) and it moves, but isn't selling out. Hell, I was in Dollar Tree last week they had a full shelf of sanitizer.

Yes. All gel-based ones like this will leave a moisturizing coating that you can feel and it will get slimy like you said if you get your hands wet shortly after application. Normal and no big deal....

It will be slimy if you get it wet shortly after the application because of the moisturizers (vitamin E) in the product. Which Costco? My wife is going out tomorrow in the Bay Area too.
